The library is to be found on the 7th floor and is open to all students, teacher-researchers and school staff.

Resources cover the School's main fields of teaching and research:
- mathematics,
- information technology and networks,
- electronics and physics,
- signal and image processing,
- communications and telecommunications,
- economics and humanities.
The library contains mainly monographs, research and congress reports and thesis dissertations. About 15 000 bibliographical notes and 20 000 books are thus available.
Magazines
can be consulted on the spot.
Scientific magazines, specialised magazines, multidisciplinary
press, local and international press.
The school has taken out subscriptions to 500 periodicals and
about 300 magazines.

The foreign languages media centre
Students and Telecom Paris employee who wish to improve their knowledge of foreign languages can do so at the foreign languages media centre. A video library is to be found there (selection of original version films), a mini-language laboratory, international press, dictionaries, and original version books, learning method kits with audio cassettes, CD roms, Internet access to e-learing sites, and finally, foreign language novels and literature.
